RULES OF THE CONTEST:

• Anyone eligible to submit photos

• Photo entries eligible to win MUST contain a Whaley Realty, Inc. shirt, a Whaley Realty, Inc. cup, or a Whaley Realty, Inc. logo of any kind.

• Photo entries MUST be posted on Facebook or Instagram and must tag WhaleyRealtyAmericus AND Southwest Trophy and Gifts.

• Entrants confirm they are owners of photo

• By entering the Contest, entrants agree that photo submitted is able to be used by Whaley Realty, Inc. or any of its agents without any further compensation.

• Photo entries are due by August 23, 2020

• On August 24, 2020 Whaley Realty, Inc. and Southwest Trophy and Gifts will choose the FINAL 3 photos and will run a poll publicly until Midnight August 31, 2020 to decide who wins the grill.

• Entrants agree to take a photo with the grill and our agents for posting on social media.
