​Marcia Benson joined the Whaley Realty team in 2025, bringing over 25 years of experience in sales and client engagement. She began her education at Southeast Elementary in DeSoto, GA, later moving to Albany, GA, where she attended middle and high school, graduating from Dougherty High School. Marcia earned a degree in Accounting from Albany State University and went on to receive her MBA from Mercer University. She is the proud mother of two children, Morgan and Matthew, and a devoted pet parent to her spoiled dog, Adelaide.
