​Mary Kathryn has been a Realtor for 40 years. During this time she was the President of the Americus Board of Realtors along with Realtor of the Year. She is a graduate of Southland Academy and Georgia Southwestern University where she received a Marketing Degree. She is also a past Board Member at Southland Academy. She is married to Rick Davis. They have four children. Cody Timmerman, Kathryn Lee Lavender, Betty Morgan Cooksey, and Rebekah Davis. She is proud to say that she has six grandchildren: Sawyer, Jackson, Ava,  Davis. Virginia and Caroline.
